Role Overview
Responsible for understanding manufacturing problems, conducting site discussions, identifying suitable use cases, and translating customer challenges into AI/vision-based industrial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer site visits
- Understand manufacturing workflows and operational pain points
- Identify industrial AI use cases
- Define pilot scope and solution concepts
- Support proposals and technical discussions
- Coordinate with engineering teams
Experience
- 3–7 years
- Industrial automation / vision systems / manufacturing tech / CCTV / IIoT
