Position 1: Relationship Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
- Conduct property site visits and presentations.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and CRM teams for smooth customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 months of experience in Real Estate, Sales, BFSI, Insurance, or any customer-facing sales role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Position 2: Team Leader
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
- Assign and monitor daily sales activities.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets.
- Conduct team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Monitor lead conversion and sales performance.
- Coordinate with management to improve sales strategies.
- Ensure excellent customer service and team productivity.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 months of experience in Team Handling, Real Estate Sales, or Sales Leadership.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to train and motivate team members.
- Target-driven with good problem-solving skills.
- Graduate in any discipline.
