Role Overview
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for managing both
inbound and outbound calls, engaging with parents, explaining the Zoodle Kid program,
and ensuring a smooth and positive interaction experience. This is a customer-focused
role where effective communication, consistent follow-ups, and process adherence are
key to driving conversions and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound & Outbound Calling
- Handle inbound calls from interested parents and address their queries
- Make outbound calls to assigned verified leads
- Clearly explain the Zoodle Kid program using provided scripts and training
- Build rapport with parents and maintain a polite, professional, and parent-friendly
tone
Call Management & Follow-ups
- Ensure timely follow-ups with interested and warm leads
- Record and submit every call without exception
- Accurately update call outcomes in the system as per guidelines
- Follow defined calling scripts, workflows, and quality standards
Data Compliance & Documentation
- Follow all data privacy and compliance guidelines strictly
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates
- Handle customer data with confidentiality and responsibility
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good verbal communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
- Ability to manage high call volumes efficiently
- Strong listening and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of customer handling and relationship management
