Mobiliser/Community engagement Officer:
Community Engagement: Building relationships and engaging with community members, leaders, and organizations to understand their needs, priorities, and concerns.
Awareness Campaigns: Planning and implementing awareness campaigns or activities to educate the community about specific issues, programs, or services.
Capacity Building: Organizing training sessions, workshops, or events to build the capacity of community members and organizations to address their needs or participate in projects.
Networking: Establishing and maintaining partnerships with local organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to support community initiatives and projects.
Mobilization: Mobilizing community members to participate in activities, programs, or projects, and encouraging community ownership and participation.
Facilitation: Facilitating meetings, discussions, or forums to gather input from community members, facilitate decision-making, and address community issues.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitoring and evaluating the impact of community initiatives, programs, or projects and providing feedback for improvement.
Documentation: Documenting community activities, participation, and outcomes for reporting and sharing with stakeholders.
Resource Mobilization: Identifying and mobilizing resources, such as funding, volunteers, or materials, to support community initiatives and projects.
Reporting: Providing regular reports on community engagement, participation, and outcomes to project managers or supervisors.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
