Role Overview
We're looking for a Business Analyst to sit inside the Performance Marketing Team at Baner, Pune Office and turn raw campaign data, across Meta, Google Ads, and Integral, into reporting, trend analysis, and insight the team can act on. You'll work closely with the campaign execution team and make sure every number the desk reports on is accurate, current, and actually tells a story.
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate daily and weekly performance data across active client accounts from Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and the Integral dashboard
- Own report accuracy and turnaround for client-facing performance updates, including MTD and weekly wrap summaries
- Spot week-over-week trends, flag anomalies, and surface root causes before they reach client conversations
- Execute and Maintain campaign performance with scaling intent
- Support media plan development with historical performance data, benchmarks, and pacing analysis
- Cross-check pixel, CAPI, and conversion tracking data for consistency across platforms
- Prepare campaign analysis for client meetings and internal reviews on request
- Work directly with the account leads to keep reporting cadence aligned with each client's needs
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing, digital marketing analytics, or a related role
- Strong hands-on skills in Excel or Google Sheets, pivot tables, lookups, and building clean reporting structures
- Working familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads reporting interfaces
- Comfortable working with numbers daily, and comfortable saying when a number looks wrong
- Clear verbal and written communication, you'll be writing summaries a client eventually reads
- Organized and deadline-driven, this role runs on a daily and weekly reporting cadence
Good to Have
- Exposure to D2C or e-commerce performance marketing
- Campaign execution and analysis and tracking experience
- Prior experience with a performance marketing agency or in-house growth team

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
