Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and well-disciplined MD Driver cum Transportation Executive to provide safe transportation for the Managing Director while also coordinating day-to-day transportation and vehicle-related operations. The ideal candidate should be punctual, professional, and capable of handling both driving and transportation management responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely drive the Managing Director to meetings, office, and official visits.
- Plan routes and ensure timely travel schedules.
- Coordinate transportation requirements for staff and official activities.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure regular servicing and maintenance.
- Monitor fuel usage, service schedules, insurance, and vehicle documentation.
- Maintain travel logs and transportation records.
- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and service centers when required.
- Ensure compliance with traffic rules and company policies.
- Handle emergency transportation requirements when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a courteous attitude at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid LMV driving license (HMV license will be an added advantage).
- Proven driving experience with good knowledge of local routes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
- Punctual, trustworthy, and well-groomed.
- Ability to work flexible hours when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
