Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with prospective students and clients.
- Present and explain Visionexa's training programs and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, institutions, and corporate partners.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to convert campaign-generated leads.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, telemarketing, or educational counseling.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
