Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment within the manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment and machinery
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to minimize downtime
- Ensure proper functioning of production machines and utilities
- Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements
- Handle breakdown maintenance efficiently
- Follow safety standards and company protocols
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial machinery
- Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and manuals
- Good communication and teamwork skills
