Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in interior project sales. The candidate should be confident in handling clients end-to-end — from lead conversion to closing deals and maintaining long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through referrals, site visits, brokers, and personal network
- Convert inquiries into interior design projects
- Meet potential clients, understand requirements, and pitch design solutions
- Build strong rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with design and execution teams for smooth project delivery
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline
- Develop partnerships with real estate agents, builders, and channel partners
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in interior sales / modular interiors / real estate sales
- Strong understanding of per sq.ft pricing and project costing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of interior design concepts and materials
Preferred
- Experience in handling residential interior projects
- Exposure to kitchen, wardrobes, and full home interiors
- Existing client network is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
