Business Development Executive (BDE)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through effective follow-up and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential customers and explain company products and services.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telemarketing, or Customer Relationship Management.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer handling and follow-up abilities.
