Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with strong expertise in PF, ESIC, labor law compliance, payroll coordination, and statutory documentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and maintaining accurate employee records while supporting HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
PF & ESIC Compliance
- Handle end-to-end Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESIC) compliance activities.
- Process PF registrations, UAN generation, KYC updates, and employee onboarding on PF portals.
- Manage PF withdrawals, transfers, claim settlements, and grievance resolution.
- Handle ESIC registration, employee enrollment, TIC/Pehchan Card processes, and benefit-related matters.
- Prepare and submit monthly PF and ESIC returns within prescribed timelines.
- Reconcile PF and ESIC contributions and ensure timely payments.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation as per legal requirements.
- Coordinate audits related to PF, ESIC, labor laws, and compliance matters.
- Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and auditors regarding statutory compliance issues.
- Monitor changes in labor laws and update management on compliance requirements.
Payroll & HR Operations
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and salary processing.
- Verify employee data and statutory deductions.
- Assist in full-and-final settlements and employee exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
Employee Support
- Address employee queries related to PF, ESIC, salary deductions, and statutory benefits.
- Conduct employee awareness sessions on PF and ESIC benefits and procedures

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
