Job Summary
We are seeking a highly professional and well-presented Receptionist to manage our front office and serve as the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth front desk operations while maintaining a polished and welcoming environment aligned with the organization’s standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
- Provide accurate information regarding company services
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Maintain visitor logs and front desk records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as documentation and data entry
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and official correspondence
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or front office executive
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication)
- Ability to multitask and work in a structured environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in financial services, forex, or banking sector is an advantage
- Any degree or equivalent qualification
