Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Administrator to support HR operations in our SaaS company. The ideal candidate will manage employee records, recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance, payroll support, HR documentation, and day-to-day administrative activities. This role requires strong communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, offer letters, appointment letters, relieving letters, and other HR documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and internal HR processes.
- Draft and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal communications.
Recruitment Support
- Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth joining experience.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
- Conduct joining formalities, collect documents, and coordinate with IT/Admin for system access and assets.
- Manage probation tracking, confirmation letters, employee transfers, exits, and full & final settlement coordination.
- Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
- Track attendance, leaves, late marks, and employee working hours.
- Coordinate with payroll teams or finance for salary inputs, deductions, incentives, and reimbursements.
- Maintain monthly HR reports and dashboards.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries.
- Support grievance handling and maintain a positive work culture.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, confidentiality, and professional workplace standards.
SaaS Company Support
- Coordinate with product, sales, support, and technical teams for HR-related requirements.
- Support hiring for roles such as developers, QA engineers, sales executives, customer success, support, and operations.
- Help maintain performance review trackers, training schedules, and team productivity reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a SaaS, IT, or startup environment.
- Good knowledge of HR documentation, recruitment coordination, attendance, and payroll support.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR management tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information responsibly.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with software, SaaS, IT, or technology companies.
- Basic understanding of technical and non-technical hiring.
- Familiarity with HRMS, ATS, payroll software, and employee engagement tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
