Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, Marathi-speaking psychologist to join our team. The role involves psychological assessments, counselling sessions, community outreach, and research-based interventions. The candidate will frequently travel for field visits, workshops, and institutional projects, engaging with diverse groups while maintaining high professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions in Marathi and English
- Administer and interpret psychological assessments and screening tools
- Travel for community visits, outreach programs, and institutional projects across Mumbai and nearby areas
- Design and deliver mental health workshops and awareness sessions
- Maintain case notes, reports, and documentation
- Collaborate with schools, colleges, NGOs, and corporate partners
- Assist in research projects, data collection, and report writing
- Maintain confidentiality, ethics, and cultural sensitivity
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Master’s Degree in Psychology (Clinical / Counselling / Applied Psychology)
Experience:
- Mandatory completion of a full-time psychology internship
- Research experience is an added advantage
Language : Fluent in Marathi, Hindi & English
Other Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Good presentation and workshop facilitation skills
