We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day functioning of the sales, design and production teams as the business grows.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the Sales, Design and Production teams.
- Coordinate workload, schedules and deadlines.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiations.
- Track orders, costs, margins and operational performance.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for the Founder.
- Identify operational issues and improve processes.
- Help free up the Founder for brand growth and key client relationships.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of operations or team-management experience.
- Strong organisational and people-management skills.
- Comfortable with basic financial tracking and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities.
- Vendor-management experience is a plus.
This is a future hire and is intended to be brought in once the core team of 3–4 people is established.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai, Mumbai District)
