Job Title: Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (PA)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating communications, overseeing day-to-day tasks, and ensuring seamless execution of both professional and personal commitments, enabling the employer to focus on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and reminders efficiently.
- Screen and handle emails, phone calls, messages, and correspondence.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting notes, and other business documents.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-ups.
Personal & Lifestyle Management
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including bookings, itineraries, visas, and accommodations.
- Manage personal errands and household-related activities as required.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, gatherings, and special occasions.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage recurring payments, subscriptions, and other administrative obligations.
Time & Task Management
- Prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively.
- Track action items, commitments, and pending matters to ensure timely completion.
- Anticipate requirements and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
Confidentiality & Representation
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Represent the employer professionally while interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing requirements.

Experience
