The Candidate is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of a garment manufacturing unit, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and shipment schedules are achieved efficiently.
The role involves managing production, manpower, productivity, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC) and Industrial Engineering (IE) is mandatory, including capacity planning, line balancing, work-study, productivity improvement, and factory performance management.
The Candidate works closely with all departments to optimise resources, improve efficiency, and drive operational excellence.
Experience - Min 15 Years & Above
