We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining project details, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using the provided database.
- Explain real estate projects, pricing, amenities, and ongoing offers.
- Generate and qualify customer leads.
- Schedule site visits for interested customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly to maintain customer engagement.
- Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Tamil
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate or Diploma.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, real estate sales are preferred.
