Business Development Intern (Full-Time) | B2B SaaS Sales | PPO Opportunity
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
We're looking for a highly driven Business Development Intern who wants to build a long-term career in B2B Enterprise Sales. This is a full-time internship where you'll work directly with the sales leadership to identify prospective customers, engage decision-makers, and schedule qualified product demonstrations.
This role is ideal for recent graduates who enjoy interacting with people, have strong communication skills, and are motivated by targets and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify target companies and decision-makers.
- Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
- Qualify prospects based on defined criteria.
- Schedule qualified product demo meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate tracking of all outreach activities.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize meeting conversions.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and messaging.
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly meeting-generation targets.

- Strong willingness to build a career in B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Highly proactive, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling prospect conversations.
- Strong learning mindset and ability to work independently.
- Prior internship or experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Customer Success is preferred but not mandatory.
