Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)
Company: Sathi Planners Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Jharkhand
Experience: Fresher – 3 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, networking, and field visits.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate sales records and regularly update CRM systems.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Basic understanding of Software/SaaS solutions is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Jharkhand.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
