We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in the custom T-shirt printing business. The role involves visiting clients, generating leads, and closing sales for bulk orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential clients such as corporate offices, colleges, schools, and institutions
- Promote our custom T-shirt printing services and products
- Generate new leads and build a strong client pipeline
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable printing solutions
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide regular sales reports and updates
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales (field sales preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in meeting clients and presenting services
- Ability to travel locally for client visits
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales (corporate, colleges, institutions)
- Knowledge of local market and business network
- Ability to handle bulk orders, clients
