What We Need (Contratual based)
We are specifically looking for senior-level Salesforce experts with deep hands-on technical expertise who can quickly evaluate environments, assess architecture, identify risks, and provide recommendations.
Required Experience
● 5-8 years of Salesforce development and platform experience
● Strong expertise across:
○ Apex
○ Lightning Web Components (LWC)
○ Visualforce
○ Salesforce integrations/APIs
○ Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
○ Salesforce data model & security architecture
● Experience reviewing or designing enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
● Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, scalability, governance, and technical debt identification
● Ability to independently analyze existing systems and provide architectural recommendations
Preferred Experience
● Prior experience supporting:
○ Technical due diligence
○ PE assessments
○ Platform audits
○ Architecture reviews
● Exposure to multi-org environments and integration-heavy ecosystems
● Experience interacting with senior stakeholders and presenting findings clearly
Expectations
The candidate(s) should be:
● Highly hands-on and technically strong
● Comfortable working in fast-paced assessment environments
● Able to ramp up quickly with minimal guidance
● Strong communicators with consultative/problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
