We are looking for an experienced and highly organized House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential property. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, vendor management, and household administration skills while ensuring smooth and efficient household operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the residence.
- Supervise housekeeping staff, cooks, drivers, gardeners, and other domestic employees.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and preventive servicing.
- Manage household budgets, inventory, and vendor payments.
- Procure groceries, household supplies, and other essential items.
- Coordinate guest visits, events, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers.
- Maintain household records, bills, and important documents.
- Handle emergencies efficiently while maintaining complete confidentiality.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience as a House Manager, Estate Manager, Residence Manager, Villa Manager, or Hospitality Manager.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in staff supervision and vendor management.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
