Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and confident Telecaller Interns to support our admissions and counseling team by promoting our Certification and Diploma Courses. This role is ideal for students or freshers who want exposure to the education and training industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students and working professionals
- Explain certification & diploma programs clearly
- Understand student needs and suggest suitable courses
- Follow up with interested candidates and schedule counseling sessions
- Maintain accurate records of calls and leads
- Support the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication skills in English & regional language
- Interest in education, training, and career development
- Confident, polite, and goal-oriented
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Google Sheets)
- Students / Freshers / Career switchers can apply

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
