Job Objective:
To lead and manage end-to-end Human Resource functions at the unit level, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, smooth HR operations, and a strong focus on employee engagement, compliance, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Administration
- Oversee complete HR operations for the unit including onboarding, documentation, attendance, and exit formalities
- Ensure smooth functioning of HR processes and adherence to company policies
2. Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for the unit
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and timely closures
3. Performance Management System (PMS)
- Drive PMS cycle including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and appraisals
- Ensure timely completion and alignment with corporate HR
4. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities
- Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment
5. HRMS/HRIS Management
- Ensure accurate data management in HR systems
- Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
6. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, CLRA, etc.)
- Coordinate audits and maintain statutory records
7. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives
- Support capability building across departments
8. Payroll Coordination
- Validate payroll inputs and coordinate with central payroll team
Key Requirements:
- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR
- Experience: 8–12 years in HR, preferably in Hospital/Healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Experience in handling PMS, recruitment, and employee relations
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
