Hotel Store In-Charge
We are looking for a Hotel Store In-Charge who manages the receipt, storage, and issuance of hotel supplies, food, beverages, and equipment. They oversee inventory control, maintain documentation, and ensure storerooms adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Control: Track stock levels, conduct physical audits, and order supplies to prevent stockouts.
- Receiving & Staging: Inspect incoming deliveries for damage, verify quantities against invoices, and safely shelve items following stock rotation protocols (e.g., FIFO).
- Issuance: Fulfill department requisitions (for F&B, housekeeping, maintenance) accurately and record all outgoing goods.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain storeroom security and adhere strictly to food safety, public health, and hygiene standards.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, evaluate pricing, and track delivery timelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or associate degree in Business, Finance, or Hotel Management.
- Experience: Typically 2 to 5 years in store operations, procurement, or material handling .
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in IDS inventory software.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and physical mobility for lifting heavy supplies
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
