Job Summary :- The Chief Financial Officer (CFO ) Is Responsible for overseeing
the company's Financial operations,ensuring financial stability,and supporting
business growth through strategic financial Planning. The CFO Manages budgeting
financial reporting cash flow taxation, compliance and risk management while
providing financial insights to support executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:-
. Develop and implement the company's financial strategy.
. Prepare and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts.
. Oversee accounting, Financial reporting, and audits.
. Manage cash Flow, Working Capital,and banking relationships.
. Ensure compliance with tax laws financial regulations,and statutory requirements.
. Analyze financial Performance and recommend improvements.
. Monitor costs and implement cost-control measures.
. Lead financial risk management and Internal contrils.
. Present financial reports and recommendations to the CFO and Board of Directors.
. Supervise and mentor the finance and accounts team.
. Support business expansion, investments, and strategic planning.
Qualifications:-
. Bachelor's degree in finance ,Accounting commmerce,or a related field.
. CA,CMA,CPA,MBA(Finance), or an equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
. 10-15 year of Progressive experience in finance,with leadership experience.

. Strong financial Planning and analysis Skills.
. Expertise in Budgeting forecasting, and financial reporting.
. Knowledge of taxation ,statutory compliance,and auditing.
. Leadership and team management abilities.

. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
