Position: Estimation Engineer / Billing Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer / Billing Engineer to join our project team in Surat. The ideal candidate should have experience in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, project billing, rate analysis, and coordination with project teams to ensure accurate cost estimation and timely billing.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and project specifications.
· Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and rate analysis for water and infrastructure projects.
· Prepare and verify client bills and subcontractor/vendor bills.
· Measure executed work and maintained measurement records.
· Coordinate with site engineers for work progress and billing data.
· Verify quantities as per approved drawings and contract documents.
· Prepare variation statements and extra item estimates.
· Monitor project costs and assist in budget control.
· Maintain billing records, invoices, and supporting documents.
Required Skills:
· Strong knowledge of quantity estimation and billing procedures.
· Experience in BOQ preparation and rate analysis.
· Understanding of infrastructure project execution and contract documents.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing/estimation software.
· Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Qualification:
· B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
· 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in estimation infrastructure or any projects.
Salary:
· As per company standards and candidate’s experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
