Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Summary
REACHA FOUNDATION is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Mobilizer to identify, counsel, and enroll eligible candidates for various skill development and livelihood programs.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct community outreach and awareness activities.
Mobilize candidates for skill development programs.
Organize counseling sessions, meetings, and awareness camps.
Coordinate with local stakeholders, community leaders, and institutions.
Maintain candidate databases and enrollment records.
Meet mobilization and enrollment targets.
Support documentation and reporting activities.
Follow up with candidates throughout the training lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel within assigned areas.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience
1–2 years of experience in mobilization, community outreach, or social sector projects preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
