Job Summary
The Influencer Marketing & Branding professional will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The role involves building strong influencer relationships, executing influencer-led campaigns, and supporting overall branding and promotional activities across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Identification & Lead Generation
- Research, identify, and generate leads for relevant influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
- Shortlist influencers based on brand alignment, audience relevance, engagement rate, and campaign objectives.
Influencer Onboarding & Collaboration
- Reach out to influencers and manage end-to-end onboarding processes.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and commercials where applicable.
- Coordinate with influencers for product seeding, brand collaborations, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure influencers clearly understand campaign guidelines, brand tone, and messaging.
Campaign Execution & Brand Promotion
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns for product launches, brand awareness, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate content creation including posts, reels, stories, videos, and testimonials as per campaign requirements.
- Support branding initiatives through influencer-driven storytelling and creative campaigns.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers for recurring collaborations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for influencers throughout the collaboration lifecycle.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor influencer campaign performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and share insights with internal stakeholders.
- Optimize future campaigns based on performance analysis and feedback.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
