Job Description
We are looking for a smart, organized, and experienced Office Admin cum Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling office administration, coordinating with different departments, and managing day-to-day operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with staff, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Supervise office staff and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate and Manage inventory and office supplies.
- Coordinate sales support activities when required.
- Ensure a professional and productive office environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience in office administration, coordination, or managerial roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Professional attitude and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field if, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field is better.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or chemical industry will be an added advantage.
