Position: Sales Executive – Solar Module Sales
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
CTC: Up to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
Joining: Immediate to 15 days preferred
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in solar module sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the solar industry, be capable of generating new business opportunities, and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and develop business opportunities for solar module sales.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, distributors, dealers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in solar module sales is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of the solar PV industry and solar module products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings within the assigned territory.
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiner or candidates who can join within 15 days.
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
