Job Description
CMS IT Services is hiring Cluster Engineers (L2) to provide advanced onsite IT infrastructure support across multiple retail locations. The role involves troubleshooting complex technical issues, supporting Windows servers, POS systems, network infrastructure, and coordinating with vendors to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 onsite support for retail IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot POS systems, kiosks, payment devices, and network issues.
- Manage Windows Server and endpoint infrastructure.
- Support routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and coordinate with ISPs.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve escalated incidents.
- Coordinate with OEMs/vendors and assist in infrastructure rollouts and upgrades.
