Requirements:
Education:
Any Graduate or Diploma
Experience:
Min 7 Years work experience with EPC firms taking care of EHS in mechanical construction work such as Piping & Tankage jobs.
Technical:
Diploma in Safety/HSE approved by govt.
Others:
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills in training and motivating colleagues.
Talent for resolving conflicts and problems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Familiar with standards and codes on safety.
Plan, Implement and execute safety management.
Observe, audit and monitor safety on job sites, including personal, equipment and materials.
Providing guidance to the execution team, contractors and their workers regarding health and safety issues.
Conduct training sessions for staff and workers to prevent workplace accidents.
Prepare Safety Manual for each site by taking into customer rules & regulations.
Co-ordinate & follow-up with customer/consultant for timely approvals or resolutions.
Documentation as per customer formats and should take care of documentation control and record keeping.
Expertise in root cause analysis and corrective action.
