Job Responsibilities
- Handle front desk operations and welcome visitors professionally
- Manage incoming calls, emails, couriers, and office communication
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor managementMaintain office records, files, and administrative documents
- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure office cleanliness & hygiene
- Coordinate pantry, stationery, and office supply requirements
- Support day-to-day administration activities
- Maintain attendance and vendor coordination records
- Ensure smooth functioning of office operations
Candidate Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling
- Smart, presentable, and well-organized personality
- Ability to handle multitasking and coordination activities
- Experience in administration/front office will be preferred
Pay: From ₹275,000.00 per year
