Role & responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting enterprise customer to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Identify key accounts, verticals, and market segments for growth including government, SME and Corporate Customers
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Acquire new enterprise clients by proactively identifying leads and opportunities. Establish and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Product Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of the IT Infrastructure products & solutions (such as Networking Products, CCTV and Surveillance Products, Access Control, Audio Video Solutions, Wireless and Cybersecurity Systems, Data Center, server, storage, cyber security, networking, wireless etc). Effectively communicate product benefits to enterprise customers and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Proposal and Negotiation: Lead the preparation of proposals and quotations. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with enterprise clients to close deals and ensure profitability.
Building Relationships: Establishing and building relationships with prospective clients by understanding their business needs, requirements, and pain points, and proposing relevant technology solutions and services
Closing Deals: Closing sales by negotiating pricing, contract terms, and service level agreements, and ensuring that the client is satisfied with the proposed solution and service
Managing Accounts: Managing and growing existing client accounts by providing ongoing support, cross-selling and upselling additional products and services, and ensuring that client needs are met and expectations are exceeded
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate should be graduate & Sales experience in Enterprise / Corporate accounts.
- Self-driven, positive & energetic attitude.
- Good communication skills & fluent in verbal & written English language.
- 3-10 years of sales experience in IT Infra & system integration company only.
- Good understanding of all IT related products & solutions like passive, networking equipment, Cyber security, firewall, server, storage, software, CCTV , Wireless.
- Should be aware of new emerging solution like SDWAN, EDR, XDR, Firewall, DLP Etc.
- Should be aware with all major OEMs of various products & their distributor.
- Carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings & build strong business funnel.
- Should have strong existing Delhi NCR customer base from experience.
- Experience is preparing business plans & go to market strategy.
- Strong proposal writing & quotation preparation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with customers.
Pay: ₹10,081.94 - ₹75,000.00 per month
