Green On India is looking for a dynamic and target-driven B2B Sales Executive with experience in packaging and HoReCa industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by supplying products to industries, manufacturers, and commercial establishments.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new B2B business opportunities in sectors such as manufacturing units, food industries, hotels, caterers, and wholesalers
- Conduct field visits, cold calling, and networking to acquire new clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery
- Ensure timely payment collection and maintain outstanding records
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
- Track competitor activities and identify market opportunities
- Handle complete lead lifecycle:Lead Generation → Lead Tracking → Follow-ups → Closure → Payment Collection → Final Sales
- Maintain and update CRM systems for lead tracking
- Monitor lead count, conversion ratios, and campaign performance
- Ensure timely payment collection and revenue realization
- Identify new opportunities for business growth and market expansion
- Track campaign performance and ROI
- Analyze data to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on leads, closures, and revenue
- Hands-on experience in lead generation and sales conversion
- Manage complete sales cycle:Lead Generation → Client Meeting → Requirement Understanding → Quotation → Negotiation → Order Closure → Payment Collection
- Key Requirements:
- Strong field sales experience with client acquisition skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Identify new opportunities, products, and customer segments.
- Suggest strategies to increase market share
- Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of bulk sales and distribution channels
- Proven experience in B2B sales (mandatory)
- Prior experience in:
- Packaging Industry
- HoReCa supply
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, billing, and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel extensively for field work
- Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
