Job Description :-
- Strong knowledge of quantity take-off and measurement from GFC drawings for RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing items
- Hands-on experience in preparation and checking of RA bills, final bills, and reconciliation statements for contractors and vendors
- Good understanding of standard item descriptions, BOQ formats, and basic rate analysis as per IS codes and local market practices
- Proficiency in MS Excel for preparing measurement sheets, abstract sheets, and cost summaries with formulas and checks
- Ability to coordinate with site engineers, planning, and contracts teams to verify physical progress vs. billed quantities
- Familiarity with Mumbai/MAHARERA documentation norms and developer-side billing and approval workflows
- Willingness to work from office in Chembur and visit site as required for joint measurements and verification
- Contracting Firm experience mandatory
- Strong knowledge of RA Billing & BBS
- Client Coordination & Billing Handling
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
