Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across multiple industries while ensuring timely closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare and update job descriptions as per hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 1–5 years of recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and other job portals.
- Experience hiring for Agri Business, B2B, B2C, E-commerce (Apparel), or BFSI roles will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
