Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Representative role based in Delhi. The Business Development Representative will identify and qualify new business opportunities through inside sales activities, including calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective clients. The role involves generating leads, managing a sales pipeline, scheduling meetings or presentations, and maintaining detailed records in CRM tools. The Business Development Representative will collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, support contract discussions, and help close sales. Daily responsibilities also include market research, tracking industry trends, and preparing regular reports on business development performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience in prospecting and nurturing potential clients.
- Demonstrated Sales and Business Development capabilities, including pipeline management and meeting revenue targets.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and present solutions clearly.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience in recruitment, staffing, or B2B services is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
