About the Role: We are looking for a highly efficient Junior Video Editor for a remote, execution-heavy position. This role operates on a 6-day workweek mostly during late-night hours.
Everything in this position is strictly performance-oriented. If you cannot work quickly under precise guidelines, do not apply.
Compensation Structure:
- Month 1 (Probation/Trial Month): ₹10,000 fixed stipend. This month is strictly to evaluate your speed, asset selection, and consistency.
- Performance Bonus: If the assets you edit hit our performance goals in your first month, your Month 1 payout will be doubled to ₹20,000.
Month 2+ Permanent Position Package: Upon successfully passing the probation period, meeting our daily output quotas, and proving you can work independently, you will transition to the permanent role which includes:
- Base Salary: Starting at ₹20,000/month.
- Ongoing Performance Bonuses: Continuous cash incentives directly tied to the performance.
- Resource Coverages: Monthly allowances and reimbursements to cover your high-speed internet costs and editing software subscriptions.
Daily Expectations & Workflow:
- You will be handed a raw video files along with visual templates, text overlays, and approximate timestamps.
- Your daily job is to go through these videos, extract the absolute best cuts and format them for short-form social media channels.
- To secure the permanent role, you must quickly transition from relying on our timestamps to scanning the raw files and accurately identifying the sharpest segments completely on your own across all daily assets.
Requirements:
- Must own a capable laptop or desktop computer.
- Must have a stable, high-speed internet connection.
- Must have strong English language skills.
- Must be highly responsive and available to work during late-night shifts.
- Proficiency with video editing software (CapCut Desktop or Premiere Pro).
