Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven and analytical Performance Marketing Associate with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising and campaign management. The ideal candidate should have experience managing paid campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive customer acquisition and business growth across D2C, D2B, and B2B segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Manage and optimize campaigns for D2C, D2B, and B2B business models.
- Track, analyze, and improve campaign performance using metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CAC, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and CPL.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, audience segments, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with content, design, and development teams to create high-performing campaign assets.
- Monitor budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within allocated spend while maximizing ROI.
- Implement and manage tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking tools.
- Research competitors, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Suggest and implement campaign optimization strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of campaign structures, audience targeting, bidding strategies, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Good knowledge of performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, marketing automation, or CRM tools will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidates
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or other Digital Marketing certifications are preferred.
- Experience handling lead generation, e-commerce, or brand awareness campaigns.
- Candidates who have worked with D2C, D2B, or B2B brands will have an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
