Team Lead – Visa Operations - B2C
Location: Masjid Bunder, Mumbai
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Visa Operations to lead and supervise the visa operations team across multiple countries. The role involves managing daily visa operations, monitoring team performance, ensuring accuracy and timely processing, handling escalations, and maintaining overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee end-to-end visa processing for multiple countries and visa categories.
- Lead, supervise and guide the Visa Operations team.
- Monitor daily operations, workload distribution, productivity and team performance.
- Review visa applications and ensure accurate documentation and submissions.
- Maintain updated knowledge of visa requirements, policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with VFS, embassies, consulates and visa authorities.
- Handle urgent, complex and escalated visa cases.
- Coordinate with clients, travel agents and internal teams for smooth processing.
- Monitor application status, TAT, pending cases and visa outcomes.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of visa applications.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and country-specific visa requirements.
- Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements.
- Train, guide and support team members to maintain high-quality visa processing.
Candidate Profile
- 5–7 years of experience in Visa Operations.
- Strong knowledge of multiple international visa processes.
- Experience handling UK, USA, Schengen, Canada, Australia, Middle East and Asian visas preferred.
- Proven experience in team handling, supervision and operational coordination.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple applications, deadlines and escalations.
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office and visa/CRM systems preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
