Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented MICE Sales Professional with experience in both Inbound and Outbound Sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) services.
Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Sales
- Handle incoming MICE inquiries from corporate clients, travel partners, and event organizers.
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized MICE proposals and quotations.
- Convert leads into confirmed business through effective follow-ups and relationship management.
- Coordinate with operations and vendor teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Outbound Sales
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients for MICE business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and industry events.
- Schedule client meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and travel partners.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design attractive MICE packages and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the MICE industry and corporate travel segment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Experience Required
- 2–6 years of experience in MICE Sales, Corporate Travel Sales, Event Sales, or Business Development.
- Proven experience in both inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Existing corporate client network will be an added advantage.
