Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen online presence, drive customer acquisition, improve brand awareness, and support business growth across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media marketing, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, content planning, SEO, and e-commerce marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads and online sales.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI, ROAS, CPC, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to produce engaging content.
- Publish posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Build audience engagement and respond to comments and messages where required.
Performance Marketing
- Run Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and D2C sales.
- Optimize audience targeting, creatives, budgets, and landing pages.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Track customer acquisition costs and campaign effectiveness.
Influencer & Creator Marketing
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers, especially parenting, mom, nutrition, and lifestyle creators.
- Coordinate campaign execution and ensure timely content delivery.
- Track influencer performance and campaign ROI.
- Maintain relationships with creators and agencies.
Website & E-commerce Marketing
- Support marketing initiatives for the Shopify website.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, banners, landing pages, and product launches.
- Improve website traffic and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketplace teams to support Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, and quick-commerce promotional activities.
Market Research
- Track competitor campaigns, pricing, promotions, and industry trends.
- Identify new customer acquisition opportunities.
- Recommend innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Good understanding of SEO and SEM.
- Experience with Shopify marketing is preferred.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing certifications from Google, Meta, or other recognized platforms are an added advantage.
- 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in D2C, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Health & Wellness, Baby Care, Nutrition, or E-commerce brands is preferred.
