Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible Pest Control Supervisor to manage pest control operations, supervise field staff, and ensure high-quality service delivery to clients. The candidate should be capable of handling team coordination, site inspections, customer communication, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily pest control operations and field technicians.
- Conduct site inspections and identify pest-related issues.
- Plan and assign work schedules for technicians.
- Ensure proper usage of pest control chemicals and equipment.
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Train and guide staff on safety procedures and service standards.
- Maintain service records, reports, and inventory details.
- Coordinate with clients regarding complaints, follow-ups, and preventive measures.
- Ensure all safety and hygiene regulations are followed.
- Handle emergency pest control service requirements when needed.
Requirements
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts if required.
- Two-wheeler driving license mandatory.
- Ability to travel to different client locations.
- Basic knowledge of pest control chemicals and safety procedures.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam, English, and Hindi.
- Basic computer and reporting skills are an advantage.
Qualification
- Minimum Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree.
