Lead the mechanical design and development of electro?optical and electro?mechanical systems.
Create and review 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, GA layouts, and assembly documentation.
Design precision housings, mounts, and enclosures for optical and electronic components.
Develop thermal management solutions and ensure environmental sealing (IP/MIL standards).
Collaborate with cross?functional teams (optics, electronics, manufacturing, SCM, vendors).
Prepare work instructions, BOMs, and PLM documentation.
Support prototype builds, testing, and validation in thermal chambers and environmental labs.
Ensure compliance with military/defense standards for durability, reliability, and safety

Experience in electro?optical assemblies (lenses, sensors, housings).
Knowledge of materials for military applications (aluminum alloys, composites, sealing gaskets).
Ability to work under tight schedules and deliver in fast?track development environments.
Strong team spirit and leadership qualities.
