We are looking for experienced professionals fluent in Hebrew and English to join an international Background Verification and Customer Support process.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with prior International BPO experience and strong language proficiency in Hebrew.

Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Hebrew Process
Process: International Background Verification
CTC: Up to ₹16 LPA
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct educational and employment background verification for candidates across international locations.
- Communicate with candidates, employers, universities, and other organizations in both Hebrew and English.
- Perform verification activities through phone calls, emails, database checks, and online research.
- Prepare accurate verification reports and update internal systems.
- Translate documents and information between Hebrew and English when required.
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail while handling sensitive information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of verification requests.
- Support additional business requirements whenever necessary.
Eligibility Criteria
- This position is strictly for experienced candidates only.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International BPO Voice Process is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English are mandatory.
- PUC / Undergraduate / Graduate candidates can apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, online research, and computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

Important Note
