We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Sales Executive to support our sales team by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Assist in managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to client onboarding.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
- Conduct introductory product and service presentations.
- Perform field visits to meet potential clients whenever required.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT and digital solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic commercial documents under senior guidance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover after deal confirmation.
- Update customer information, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Meet individual and team sales targets while continuously improving sales performance.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or IT Sales.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Interest in lead generation and client relationship management.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits when required.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to achieve sales goals.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of IT Services, Software Solutions, Website Development, Mobile App Development, or Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and client communication.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
