About the Role
We are looking for experienced US IT & Non-IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US staffing/recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify, engage, and place qualified candidates across various IT and Non-IT positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT and Non-IT requirements.
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Understand client requirements and effectively match candidates to open positions.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the ATS.
- Meet individual and team recruitment targets.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Work effectively during US business hours/night shifts.
Requirements
- 2–8 years of experience in US Staffing/Recruitment.
- Candidates must have experience specifically in US Staffing.
- Experience in US IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.
- Good understanding of US recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Target-oriented approach with strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to work in a night shift environment.
- Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Hyderabad.
